Thank you so very much for putting the gunky-turkey-bits into bags so that I don’t actually have to dig through the turkey to remove them. You just made my first turkey cooking experience SO much better. I will never complain again about paying a few cents more per pound for your poultry. (Anything to not have to see/feel those awful parts!!)
